In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the frozen pineapple chunks, ice, raw honey or pure maple syrup, and pineapple juice. Blend on a low speed first to break up the ice and frozen pineapple. Gradually increase the speed to high and blend until the mixture is smooth and slushy in texture. This should take about 1 to 2 minutes. Pour the pineapple slushie into glasses. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup ice 2 tbsp raw honey or pure maple syrup, more to taste ½-1 cups freshly squeezed pineapple juice or coconut water
