This is the first step of many (and also keep your eyes peeled for a complementary announcement from our friends at Thirdweb!) for bringing smart contracts to commerce in a huge way.

Shopify is committed to this for the long haul and we are just so excited to get to work with folks like thirdweb, wallet connect, and other great infra & app builders.

My biggest wish is for all the smart people building in web3 to realize how commerce has a MASSIVE problem called Buyer Segmentation Across Domains, and smart contracts / token standards are honestly a perfect way to solve this
