i agree, this is why for Quilibrium we did a true fair launch: we announced well in advance when running a node was possible, and running a node is the only way to earn tokens, developers included. No deals with VCs for tokens, no airdrops. Bitcoin style, but with more upfront announcement so everyone had a fair shot
