Celestia's Shwap Upgrade Activated on Testnets. Celestia announced that the Shwap upgrade for its data availability network has been activated on the Arabica and Mocha testnets via celestia-node v0.18.2, enhancing DA sampling speed and reducing storage needs. The upgrade is expected to enter the mainnet Beta phase in November after additional testing.
