NYDIG has announced the acquisition of Crusoe to expand its BTC mining operations, with the financial details undisclosed. Crusoe, which also operates AI data centers and over 20 mining sites across seven U.S. states and a joint venture in Argentina, will be integrated into NYDIG's existing power and BTC mining division.
