Hello everyone! It's been so long since I've been here! I haven't been able to get better all spring. This is the first time this has happened to me. I just got better, and my throat hurts again, I have a runny nose, and so on in a circle. And no vitamins help to strengthen the body. Friends, tell me, what do you do to strengthen your immune system?
