Making a few tweaks mid week to prevent algo gaming: 

- Only top 100 casts count towards score. 
- Only X engagements from a user will count (exact number tbd)

Most users will see a moderate decrease to scores, accounts that were gaming the system should see a larger decrease

I thought about 25 casts counted for scoring! I rarely cast more than 30 casts a week.

I think original casts: replies don't count, right @v?

Is that Original casts? 
Or including replies?
