Why does "EST. Monthly $ALFA REWARDS" decrease every day when the number of channel subscribers remains constant?

Global ALFA rewards are tied to global volume. The less volume, the less ALFA is issued. 

A lot of subscriptions were stopped over the weekend which has dropped global ALFA issuance. With our changes tomorrow we expect this to go back up quickly.

Why my balance is decreasing if my ‘Est Monthly Income’ is bigger than my ‘Total Subscriptions Cost’? It should be increasing!!!
