Onchain UX
- Ship the wallet to everyone as soon as possible
- Long list of frame improvements based on feedback from developers

Growth
- Continue to iterate on free invites
- Continue to iterate on rewards program
- Spam algorithm tweaks based on new sign up patterns and any attempts at abusing the rewards algo

Snapchain
- Testnet is running; ship mainnet as soon as possible

App performance / bug fixes
- App performance / bug fixes :)

Creator outreach
- @ted and I have been having 6-8 convos per day, staring with people already on Farcaster, starting to branch out to people not on Farcaster
- Will publicly share what we've learned so far soon and any experiments we end up running

I am pausing my activity on Warpcast for the foreseeable future due to the current issue with large number of bots.

Recent posts over the past few months have received hundreds of likes and recasts coming mostly from bots.

No, making it more effective. 

We haven’t done anything to make it less aggressive.

We'll see if more effective translates into more users with label 2 or more users being labeled as spam.
