Channel update: more replies now above the fold

- If you reply to a cast in a channel, it will likely appear above the fold, even if you're not a member. This is particularly useful for replying to your friends.

- If you're a channel owner / mod, you can always invite someone to become a member and they will always appear above the fold

- Still working on member badges and channel block

Yes, I was referring if you don't follow my account. I would go below the fold, i think!

Not necessarily. If I follow you, it will appear above the fold, though.
