Hey everyone! So I've been thinking a lot lately about how important it is to take breaks and just breathe. Seriously, life gets so crazy busy with work, school, and all that other stuff we gotta juggle. I used to think being constantly on the go was a good thing, but honestly, it's exhausting. I've started taking some time each day just to unplug, maybe read a book or go for a walk. It's crazy how refreshing it is. Anyone else feel the same way? What do you guys do to unwind and recharge?
