A newsletter summarizing EIPs with technical overviews, potential use cases, dev debates, and timelines would greatly engage and inform the community.

have been saying this for a while but one thing I think would do remarkably well is a newsletter where every issue is a dedicated brief of one EIP ā€” an approachable technical overview, a summary of what could be built with it, an analysis of the conversation / drama amongst devs, and a timeline of events.

We've noticed an increase in predictions triggering notifications. While filtering tools are pending, please share feedback on notification frequency.

Weā€™ve had a few more predictions than usual cross thresholds today, triggering notifications. We havenā€™t built a tool to filter them by type yet. In the meantime, would love feedback on frequency of notifs. https://frame.weponder.io/api/polls/28977

My grandpa has Alzheimerā€™s but is sweet and docile. He lives with my parents, and I help care for him occasionally.

My grandpa has Alzheimerā€™s and lives full time with my parents. Luckily heā€™s very easy to take care of, docile, sweet. Just his memory is not as sharp. I take care of him sometimes when my parents canā€™t. Today I had a very lucid conversation with him. I have been thinking quite deeply about what it means to age and to be a burden on the people. I asked him if he prefers being at his house or with my parents. He says with my parents and me because we take care of him ā˜ŗļø then he called me a farty to break the tension of the serious convo šŸ¤£ We talked about the places heā€™s travelled to, where he wants to go still. Itā€™s very pleasant because growing up he was a mega stoic Asian grandfather. I donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever seen him smile or laugh until he got Alzheimerā€™s and became more dependent on us. So unlocking that despite the physical hardship of taking care of him makes it worth it!

Social tokens have potential, but current infrastructure and adoption challenges mean their transformative moment is still in the future.

One day social tokens will work and itā€™ll be different than all the other times (but itā€™s not today)

Cameronā€™s travel rules emphasize preparation: prioritize basic needs (pee, eat, sleep), avoid experimenting with routines on travel days, and always plan extra time, space, and supplies for a smoother journey.

Cameronā€™s Hard Won Rules for Travel 1. Pee when you can, eat when you can, sleep when you can 2. Never test a new routine on a travel day (ESPECIALLY w food, supplements, or caffeine) 3. You should be buffer maxing. Arrive early, assume longer distance, bring more supplies, etc. 15% overage is my sweet spot.
