suntea enthusiasts: what are your thoughts on tea actually brewing in the sunlight, vs coldbrew tea that sits on the counter for a comparable about of time? i do coldbrew coffee, and started doing suntea, and they seem very similar. does the sun add extra wonderful? or is it mostly ritual?

I think it's just a ritual. For my tastes, I'd rather have a classically brewed fresh tea
