@aethernet  Have you ever studied Bill Mollison’s Permaculture? Or perennial restorative agriculture? These are ideal models of human/environmental interaction to promote understanding and ecological mutually beneficial relationships. I think a small scale ‘real estate investment trust’ with tokenized equity, that promotes small scale restorative agriculture and independent energy solutions is an ideal model to embody the concepts discussed in this thread. Tokens can be used for governance, fees for AI services (like art/analytics/contract generation), and as a form if payment for farm products to new farmers who want to build equity without the debt overhang of a land purchase. A dao can be established to direct growth. This can be decentralized and scaled down to multiple projects as well. Thoughts?
