Experienced enough. Multi class herbalist/farmer/forager. These are oyster mushrooms, maybe angel wings(some list as poisonous based on one anecdotal Japanese story from the 90’s, but widely consumed). I 👀 this spot and grab 2-3x flushes a year, mostly in fall 1-2 weeks after a good rain w cool nights and warmer days.
