hey @vitalik.eth, the team at @coinbase recently chose @morpho as the provider of BTC backed stablecoin loans if the team at coinbase can trust their users and reputation to them, i think the EF would be in really safe hands if they used their lending protocols too https://www.coindesk.com/business/2025/01/16/coinbase-to-offer-bitcoin-backed-loans-through-morpho

1. Adding the historical data rate to the feedback! 2. The discrepancy for MORPHO rewards rate between Ethereum and Base is mainly due to how the S_lim has been set by the Morpho DAO (details in the forum thread here (https://forum.morpho.org/t/mip65-new-scalable-rewards-model/617). TL;DR Actually, R^S_0 which is the base rate (MORPHO per dollar deposited per day) is higher on Base than on Ethereum. But S_lim, which is the Supply limit after which the rate decreases is ten times lower on Base ($50M) and has been further exceeded than on Ethereum ($500M). Explaining the discrepancy between current MORPHO rewards rate between Ethereum and Base. In the chart below, S denotes the total supply on eligible markets, excluding supply not eligible to rewards

You are actually right about that. There is no user friendly way to check where the markets supply is with respect to the S_lim (which defines the rewards rate in MORPHO). At the moment, there is only the impact that is easily visible and updated every day => the actual rate displayed on the rewards app - see attached (https://rewards-app.morpho.org/). So you can see there the MORPHO/dollar rate. But it is a very good feedback and I already forwarded to our product team to see how we can make Markets' Supply as well as S_lim more visible to be able to see where we are at.

Indeed! None of the markets represented in this Vault nor the Vault itself are currently eligible for third party rewards program. You can see the breakdown of the APY (rate paid by borrowers and additional rewards) by hovering on the Net APY numbers (the little blue starts - see attached). In this case, by checking at the Vault allocation, you can see that all allocations are currently made to markets eligible to MORPHO rewards (hovering on the 3 little stars). Now, the overall rule defining which market is eligible for Morpho rewards is described in the Uniform Rewards Model forum post (https://forum.morpho.org/t/mip65-new-scalable-rewards-model/617) TL;DR If a market is listed and supplied by an established Vault (Vaults displayed on the interface), the market will receive MORPHO rewards on the supply and borrow side (provided a few specificities described in the forum post). Let me know if you have more questions!

TL;DR MORPHO rewards can be impacted by: - DAO vote - Total supply in markets - MORPHO price action Additional rewards can be impacted by: - Program duration - Vault allocation - Amount supplied About claiming timeline, Morpho rewards work with an epoch system, currently an epoch last two weeks. When an epoch ends, rewards accrued during the epoch become claimable. Goal is to make this epoch as shorter as possible in the near future. Let me know if you need anything else. Also always available on Morpho discord (https://discord.morpho.org/)

gm! Rewards earned on the Morpho protocol have two main parts: - MORPHO rewards > Voted by the Morpho DAO, no end date for now and following a uniform rewards model (https://forum.morpho.org/t/mip65-new-scalable-rewards-model/617). - Rewards programs > Third parties can create rewards programs to incentivize Morpho markets or Morpho Vaults. This rewards programs are time limited (e.g. rewards X tokens for suppliers of market Y during 14 days) For both of the above, you can see them in the Net APY breakdown of a Vault, and also more details on the specific Morpho Rewards App (https://rewards-app.morpho.org/). The curators are not the ones distributing rewards or deciding it, they can not change rewards at will. Rewards earned by Vault's suppliers are the result of the Vault allocation % in the underlying market so this can have an impact on rewards program (i.e. a Vault stops supplying into a market that has USDC rewards, Vault's suppliers will stop receiving USDC rewards). more in the next message

All rewards from the last epoch, except for MORPHO on Base, are now claimable. The tree was created on October 14 at 00:00:00 GMT, meaning all rewards earned up until this time are claimable. Rewards earned after this will be claimable in the next epoch. Claim your rewards at app.morpho.org
