How to make yummy delicious Barbara nuts like a pro
  
      Ingredients 

     Okpa (blended and sieve)
Add water,add oil, add sieved okpa and mix thoroughly while adding warm water and mix till watery and not too watery or thick . Add grounded uziza(optional)add salt and pepper,mix well.
Scoup, cook till done
