The far score weight to the game , if your replies doesn't get like, recast , reply , and your far score is also low , you wouldn't earn moxie (maybe very little),
So how they can farm it ?

It’s not, at least the people farming tips are obvious. 

Spamming people with positive comments and self explanatory questions to bait interactions is cancerous. If people are going to try to farm moxie by getting intersections they should at least try to provide a useful reply that can further the conversation
