_travel and living (maybe) in there ,
Communicate and speak in France,
Definitely it doesn't have the advantage of English ,
As your goal for learning English was same as me :)

Hum... What helped me a lot to learn English was to:
- have a goal (be able to chat in a podcast, call an other artist, understand documentation...)
- understand that nobody care if my English is not that good and, moreover, they are even often supportive
- learn only what I need (for example, I notice that I struggle a lot to explain things that happened in the past and I should practice that)
