i believe it is just very very ripe heirloom tomato
that's why i went to a cafe instead of making it myself 😅 hard to find outside of a farmer's market...

It looks very ripe, and of course a ripe and juicy tomato, in my native  region grows the most famous variety and quality in tomato :)
