In Agriculture we have something called extension education. This system of education can also be called adult education. This education is between extension agents and farmers. These agents teach farmers on the new techniques and ideas about farming. The farmers also teach these agents the old ways they are practicing and they both experiment to check the one that would work and yield higher for the farmers . Episode 1 of extension education
