For a Hunt, 20 energy is required, and for a battle, 40 energy is needed, but we only start with 30 energy. I did one Hunt and have been waiting for hours, and my energy has only increased by 4. How can I unlock achievements by doing only 1-2 Hunts per day? These conditions are quite difficult for the start of a game. If the conditions are going to get harder, they should do so later on so that players don't quit the game. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Yes, it is difficult for new players who want to start with only 1 creature, but it is equivalent if you want to have more energy at the beginning of the collection, several creatures can increase energy.
