half marathon is in two weeks so i went out to do a 12 mile today to prep visiting texas and wanted to wait till weather got cooler so went at 5 PM. didn’t know where i was running and ended up on a trail that just took it out of me. also was still too hot and dehydrated wanted to push through but didn’t feel great so stopped at 6 miles. doesn’t feel great but i guess that’s part of the process
