Platforms have different priorities among: 1. Entertainment / Algorithm feeding 2. Following / Audience building 3. Social / Community finding Twitter used to be higher on 2, but now it’s higher on 1, which is why it feels so different. I think this is why Farcaster is so enjoyable. More 2 & 3, less 1.

also interesting because as platforms scale the reason people use them also changes - ie goes from just engaging for the vibes, finding people they want to talk to, and grow a community to using platform as a funnel to something else (buy my course!) wonder how that will change as warpcast grows but it’s nice that you can just create your own version too and set your own rules
