Why are in-app transactions so hard with rainbow on Warpcast? 

It automatically takes me to the app in the App Store when I try to mint in a frame

Try /tike You can only mint using Coinbase Wallet for now, but the process is very smooth.

👀 is Rainbow set as the preferred wallet and are both Warpcast + Rainbow on their latest versions/fully updated?
