It is foolish to judge the merit of the father in order to merit the son. Because there is no saying that if the father is good, the child will be good. Similarly, if the father is the president or the prime minister ot the leader, then there is no reason to think that the child deserves it. Islam does not believe in genealogy, the virtues that Islam has imparted to people through genealogy are an additional gift from God. It does not apply in all cases.
