If there are any serious people launching tokens, here's my 2 cents:

Try to consider building a very simple own exchange. But not classic exchange such as radium or uniswap.

How about a single wallet holding specific token + Eth and operating as exchange for only a single specific token. 

This imo should prevent drastically dumping value right after the launch, as Dex would have their own LP etc, the build exchange would look within Dex system as a normal wallet with a high traffic of trading if I'm right.

Of course there's a lot of details which would have to be specified, such as price would have to be probably x% less then Dex, etc.

But if the team and builders are serious long-term this might be the way to go.
