Here is a scary chart being passed around Twitter.  Basically theoretical large losses on Held To Maturity securities for Banks. Not an issue unless people pull deposits and then losses have to be realized, which happened at SVB. Note this is from Twitter and not verified. https://i.imgur.com/3GKbfRQ.jpg
