Lately, Warpcast has been giving me some serious Instagram vibes—and not in a good way. I’m clinging to the passion and spark I had for this platform, and I’d hate to see it drift in that direction. Anyway, enough about that— what’s up with you all, reply guys ?

Hey ako What do you mean?! Most of the people joining Farcaster are just regular folks like the ones on Instagram, and they don’t know much about crypto. As more users join, that vibe might grow even stronger.

Hey zahed , I vibe with you on a lot of that! But I wasn’t saying folks here need to be crypto wizards—my point was more about the feel, the content flow, and those daily trends. Do we really need posts about where we ate or what we did today clogging up the feed? There’s other platforms for that noise, right? Personally, I’d rather see someone drop a random frame they know zilch about in my timeline than a selfie from some restaurant table

I personally don’t like it, and yeah, I’m not a fan of Instagram either. But honestly, I think it’s a good thing because people are drawn to social media where they can do stuff like that. And Farcaster’s goal is to be an alternative to Web2 social media—a place where people are free to post whatever they want. If I don’t like someone’s content, I can just unfollow them. That’s honestly the best solution.
