This photo, taken in 1946, features Mr. Ken Shenzo, who at the age of 35 was a father of two. Remarkably, Shenzo never ran, never did push-ups, stayed up late, ate whatever he wanted, and even drank alcohol instead of water. So, how did Shenzo achieve such a physique? He had no secrets.
