age is an artificial construct. it’s got pros and cons.

All passing thoughts that are certain to evaporate in the morning as i start running towards the dream again. having no time to think is another way to survive the harshness of our finite lives.

 Feels like it’s “my space.” it’s my own place reserved for myself, and those of you who can relate.

agree that age can create limiting beliefs and barriers, but I also see the value it brings. It provides structure to society—rites of passage, cultural norms, and even personal milestones. These markers help us navigate life and give meaning to certain phases.

As for life being "finite," it could very well be a construct. Time and age are frameworks we've built to make sense of existence. Perhaps life’s essence isn’t tied to its length, but how we perceive and live through it.

I easily understand the cons around age. It creates limiting beliefts, seperation and barriers.

What pros do you think of? I consider rights of passage, maybe creating cultural restrictions - marriage, drug use, etc.
