The highest leverage decision I’ve made for myself was to invest in continuous learning and growth. For me personally, that meant dedicating time to better understand the world and improve my skills. For my business, there was a point when I decided to focus on innovation and leveraging new technologies instead of sticking to traditional paths. That choice allowed me to grow personally and deliver more value to the people I work with. Now may I ask what about you? What decision has had that kind of impact for you?"
