You have to not understand math to think $45 million is a big number when 2.2 billion is spent.  Its 2% and didnt move the needle.
Garbage writing.  Nonsense.  The guy is going to make 45 million bucks.  Thats why he invested the money on Trump.  Pretty easy call.

It is called beating the bush. 
Everyone is now worried about the election, now many such news will come. It's normal.
