What’s an unconventional or underrated skill that’s served you well? Something that might not be flashy or obvious but ended up playing a major role in your /success.

For me, that skill is communication. Working in a semi-technical industry, I’ve found that mastering communication has been the key to my growth. It’s allowed me to collaborate better with coworkers, supervisors, clients, and investors. Knowing how to build relationships and handle different personality types has been a real advantage, helping me shape a solid career that I might not have otherwise.

Same as you. Talk freely and honestly 

I have never failed when i talked about the fact. If there is any problem i can solve this by talking. Communication is a bonding among us. I think this is the most underrated skill for maximum people.
