Answers to FAQ
You can nominate anyone but they must have their own fan token in order to participate. Nominees must nominate themselves to accept the nomination. "Voting" happens by locking their fan tokens. All fan tokens of Nominees that are locked are counted as votes. You can lock in frames or on moxiescout.xyz
