The ANC and Ramaphosa own Thebe Renewable Energy Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Phembani Solar Energy that are invested in Paleisheuwel PV and Pulida and are funded through Phembani-Remgro Funders. We all know that Remgro is owned by Johan Rupert whilst Phembani is owned by Ramaphosa.
