I recently acquired all of of my childhood things and have been spending my *employment sabbatical* organizing them. I opened a box of books and found this sweet Sesame Street book on top but was immediately filled with an intense feeling of inexplicable shame and dread.

There are 22 books but most are standalone sequels, exceptions are Mattimeo is the sequel to Redwall. Pearls of Lutra follows Mattimeo. Muriel of Redwall follows The Bellmaker Mossflower follows Martin the Warrior, with Legend of Luke taking place the middle of the former. 1/2

That book has been on constant loan for about 15 years, and the last person did not return it. I want to reread it, plus I like the cover art very much. Ricardo Stuckert who took the photo is well known, but there seems something odd about the whole business.

I was so infuriated about how the previous volume of X-Force nerfed Sage and Forge. It was impossible to take the book seriously almost from day one. Sage and Forge on a Mutant intelligence team means they aren't struggling through recycled NCIS plots, they're blackmailing POTUS!

App. Lit Lesser Known/Out of Print List Day 14. Hear me out. CM’s 1967 CHRISTY is sadly received mostly as a teen novel—or trivialized—even today. Indeed, many across App. read it in school. But it’s a complex book without pat answers to early 20th c issues.

Whiney weirdo. Thinks Christianity only belongs to MAGA. Untwist your panties and read a book. I have many to recommend. Try to start with one about the French Revolution. Geez

It is not a bad opinion if you're not used to multiverse from the comics. Variants, different multiverse etc etc. A comic book adaptation would not be perfect without these things. If may plan snda mag secret wars it would be stupid not having someone like Iron Man out there.

It's an excerpt taken from the first chapter of the book "The Meaning of Happiness" by Watts himself, and the fragment of the poem is from "When The Lamp Is Shattered" by Percival Shelley.

Whilst I’m looking forward to the book, my expectations aren’t high. Looking at the chapter titles, it’s a lot we will already know about - The Tic Tac, Roosevelt, Orbs, The Observables, Next Level of Disclosure = rinse and repeat. Still, I will buy it, and look forward to it.
