I don’t hate that newcomers get pushed to top of rewards. I do kinda find it strange though. 

Like it’s all down from there. If your new and didn’t hit. Do you matter less?

Aside: not entirely sure how to game rewards. So that’s good.

I thought about this as well. Many may be timid in their first few days and hours. Still figuring things out myself.

Rewards would get stale if it was the same people every week, but some friendly competition always makes it fun.

Adding some sort of categorical element might change things up every so often.
