Part 3: Liquidity 
Liquidity are areas where retail traders stop-loss orders are concentrated, attracting additional traders. These zones are mostly targeted to trigger price movements, known as liquidity grabs. After the sweep of liquidity, price typically reverses in the initial intended direction of the market makers. Smart traders look for these reversals to enter trades with favourable risk to reward ratios. Identifying liquidity involves analysing areas of high trading activities, such as recent highs or lows and waiting for price to confirm a reversal before entry. This can be used in combination with your OB and FVG.
