BlockTower Capital founder Ari Paul said the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has launched a series of investigations into venture funds.
In particular, this was due to the fact that some of them act as securities dealers.
Ari believes that the SEC is “right on this issue,” since some funds agree to promote tokens for a discount, thereby participating in pump-dump schemes.
