STOP building apps that rely on addictive psychological tricks (exploiting dopamine pathways) just to maximize engagement and screen time.

START building apps that genuinely contribute to users' happiness, calm, connection, and overall well-being (fostering serotonin-like states).

By the way, I started using Farcaster more regularly and fully mean  not during the tipping boom last year, but only now. There are several reasons: there is more stability, the development is predictable (@dwr.eth regular reports on plans are awesome), incentives have been converted into an understandable format for new non-crypto-native settlers.
