Can calldata (eventually) really support p2p storage like blobs? I haven’t got a ton of faith in ipfs.

And what would be the implications for onchain gen art (eg: Artblocks) if calldata was dropped after 18 days?

Reminder: the "blobs get deleted after 18 days" thing is super overrated.

think the idea is for full nodes to store all state instead, effectively making Ethereum a 2-class system.
