introducing yo protocol

- total supply 1b
- 20% for one-sided LP (will lock soon)
- 80% for future community incentives or will be burned if i don't come up with a suitable use case

in the frame you can now Super YO ($YO) your contacts
- enter $YO mode by pressing the $YO button at the bottom of the screen
- a super yo is an onchain transaction that transfers some $YO to the user and emits a yo event
- a super yo will always notify the user
- the amount that a super yo transfers can be changed by the contract owner
- there is a fee switch that can be turned on but will remain off for now

$YO is an experiment. please play responsibly and don't cry to me if the price goes down

also kinda testing some stuff in prod so bear with me if things aren't working

Settings cog in top right. Switch to hourly summary. Can’t fully disable at this stage

ah ok. was hoping to only get super yo notifs. 
normal ones were getting too spammy - even on the hourly might be too much

also i cant super yo people if ive just yo'd them?
