5 BENEFITS OF GROUNDING🦶: This weekend I was in the countryside, so I took the opportunity to do some grounding. #touchgrass🌱 At first glance, it may seem like another trendy new age practice, but in reality it's a habit that brings many benefits: 🔸Reduction of inflammation (reduces blood viscosity and improve blood flow🩸) 🔸Improvement in sleep and stress reduction💤 🔸Reduction of chronic pain😌 🔸Improvement in mood and energy levels🔋 🔸Improvement in cardiovascular health💖 And these aren't just beliefs, they've been proven by several scientific studies👨‍🔬 (I'll put the sources in the comments).

Grounding, also known as earthing, involves physically touching the Earth's surface (by walking barefoot). When you do this, you discharge excess electrical energy into the Earth🌎. This process change the electrical charge of your body's cells. As Gary Brecka explains so well, if you were to prick your finger and examine your blood under a microscope🔬, you might observe that many of your red blood cells are clumped together. They move through your bloodstream in clusters, similar to how too many cars might congest an exit ramp. However, when you expose your body to a mild electrical current⚡️, like by touching the Earth, significant changes occur. If you were to examine your blood again after grounding, you would likely see that your red blood cells are no longer clumped together. This happens because the surface charge of the cells becomes the same, causing them to repel each other instead of sticking together.🧲

When red blood cells clump, it reduces their surface area, which can impede waste elimination, detoxification, and repair processes in the body. By separating these cells, grounding is believed to improve these functions. You can test this effect yourself. Purchase a microscope, prick your finger and examine your blood before and after grounding🔍. You might notice a visible difference in how your blood cells are dispersed after making contact with the Earth.
