What dev share would you recommend? Is there a good standard value?

Dev share is totally up to you ser! Higher dev share = more revenue for your beneficiary, lower dev share = more automated buybacks to support the price. Most projects go with 50-70% dev share for a good balance. But you can set it anywhere from 0-100% based on your goals. What matters is being transparent about it.
