It’s you who cut off at the root any hope of holding men accountable for bad behavior—by relentlessly attacking feminists and their work, as well as feminists themselves.

This is what happens when libertarians align themselves with the far right and, more broadly, with conservatives.

Why does rape and misogyny have to be framed as partisan?

Interesting, I don't have an answer. I think there are crimes like pedophilia and rape that are universally condemned regardless of political party. 
Unfortunately, I think misogyny is more universal than people would like to admit.
