It's becoming clear we need a higher bar for tipper eligibility. Too many tippers are bots or very low-quality users. 

I'm doing some research to determine the best way to address this, but requiring every tipper meet an OpenRank threshold is the likely the most straightforward solution. Feedback welcome.

If open rank introduces. Dnt disqualified them. Maybe they are new users who buy 100k farther just to engage themselves here. I believe with open rank there should be a quality check.. and Allowance should be distributed accordingly.

Still the project in early stages let more people enagaged with it.
