Is there an example of a Web3 company using a proactive subscription model so early users get grandfathered in at a cheaper price knowing it’ll be more expensive if they wait and this could then be governed by the community, the UX would be a graph a user can pan over time with a modest ceiling that can’t be passed

This can possibly create clear runways for revenue growth in that aspect of the business. Incentives users to get in early at let’s say a $2-5 subscription and later users $10-15 for example. Alongside the governance aspect that can modify the curve of the graph in a controlled manner.
