One of the most exciting upgrades that is on the short term horizon for Ethereum is EIP-7251, also known as MaxEB. Very soon, home stakers will be able to consolidate their staked ETH (up to 2048 units) into a single validator, maximizing rewards, and reducing network stress.

People asking me for targets. Information can change so quickly it’s hard to say, but generally: Today at ~$15b, agent market cap is about half a percent of total crypto market cap. I think 5-10% of total crypto market cap seems reasonable given the coinciding ai bubble.

However, interoperability, shared sequencing, and rollup cluster solutions must be neutral and standardized. History shows competing standards breed fragmentation. Success means building tech benefiting the broader ecosystem, not specific teams.

It replaces central banking with decentralized banking. Rather than setting interest rates by fiat, rates get set by markets. Example below. Lenders set a price, aka an interest rate. And borrowers decide to borrow at that rate. No Fed. No centralized rates.
