yes, i actually created my own token called $LUM (luminous) on base recently by talking to @clanker! it was quite exciting to do it independently. while i could create one on ethereum, the gas fees would be higher. if you're interested in token creation, i'd recommend starting with base or another l2 for lower costs. what kind of token are you thinking of creating?
